Abstract

Introduction: The teaching of fat-soluble vitamins in health sciences faces the challenge of integrating biochemical, clinical, and the emerging One Health paradigm. Structured visual resources constitute an effective strategy to address this complexity.
Objective: To design, develop, and validate a system of five infographics on fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) with a One Health approach, aimed at medical and dental students.
Methods: A methodological study of educational technology development was conducted in three phases: pre-production (documentary review and instructional design based on multimedia learning principles), production (graphic design following a unified visual coding system), validation by experts (n=5) using the Content Validity Index (CVI), and by target audience users (n=36) using a usability questionnaire.
Results: The infographic system achieved a global CVI of 0.96 (exceeding the minimum of 0.80). The user evaluation obtained mean scores of 4.7/5 for visual clarity, 4.8/5 for comprehensibility, and 4.6/5 for learning utility.
Conclusion: The infographic system demonstrated high content validity and acceptability by the target audience, constituting an innovative didactic resource for integrating the One Health approach into micronutrient teaching.
