Evaluación del modelo de interoperabilidad para historia clínica electrónica en Colombia según Ley 2015
Resumen
En un contexto de rápidos cambios tecnológicos y creciente demanda de datos, este artículo aborda la necesidad de evaluar y medir el impacto de la digitalización de trámites administrativos y la sistematización en el sector salud. Se explora la definición y relevancia de la historia clínica como documento legal y privado que recopila información crucial sobre la salud del paciente. Se enfoca en la implementación de la Historia Clínica Electrónica (HCE) en Colombia, con base en la Guía de Interoperabilidad y la Ley 2015 de 2020. Se menciona la iniciativa de digitalización liderada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social en colaboración con organismos internacionales. A través de tecnologías disruptivas, se busca lograr la interoperabilidad entre diversas entidades del sector salud. Sin embargo, se destacan desafíos técnicos, percepciones de los profesionales y preocupaciones sobre privacidad. Se plantea la importancia de identificar riesgos y consolidar mecanismos para el manejo adecuado de la información sensible.
